The Chicago Tribune wrote this article; that eight people were wounded in Chicago shooting which happen between 2:40 PM to 10:15 PM on August 29, 2018.

It looks like these shooters did not have an age group or gender they were targeting. They shoot seven males and one female. Between the ages of 18 to 39 years old. The individuals that got shot is in stable conditions. I want to conclude that these shoots do not look like experienced shooters, or they wanted to send a message to the authorities.

These gunmen in Chicago do not fear authority as well, because they are showing that they can operate in daylight or any day, and time and no one can stop them.

When shooting like these happen, I believed that there should be eyes on the street. In New York, we have traffic cam that picks up any activities that are happening in the streets. Especially a place like Chicago they need kaleidoscope so that police can monitor activities.

  1. Sad stuff going on in Chicago and other parts of the country. I've heard there is a real need for intercession for Juarez. Thanks for posting this!

  2. Nice summary. I liked how you shared the source right from the get go. It's clear that religion will not accomplish much here in Chicago but, a relationship with Jesus changes everything, a city, a region, a state and a whole world.

  3. It is sad when violence comes to our front door and harms the innocent.
The bible states that the wages of sin is death, We do need Jesus not in
government but in the hearts of people all over the world to fill the earth with
the love and the Glory of God.

  4. Such a sad thing to see meaningless violence. As others have said, we must pray and not turn our eyes and hearts away from those in need. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
