It is essential to eat healthy foods because it helps you to maintain your weight and not develop obesity or other chronic sicknesses such as diabetes and cancer. (CP) Healthy eating helps you to live longer and more robust.(CP) If you want to live healthier, longer lives avoid eating junk food. (S) Healthy food enhances and improves your body appearance and mental status (CP). It also makes you feel good. (S)

    Eating healthy food helps you to get life insurance and to get it at a low cost. (CP) It also, reduce the mortality rate. (S) A healthy diet does not mean eating expenses food. Healthy food is vegetables, whole grains, eggs, lean meats, dairy products, etc.

    In conclusion, It's not easy to start a healthy diet, but if we want to live longer and healthier let us start now. (CC) Be intentional about eating healthy. (S) Or a day may come when we cannot eat the things we want to eat. (CX)

  1. I know that the reason that I had acne when I was in high school was because of the junk food and pop that I consumed regularly. Now I do not even like having junk food in the house because I know that I will eat it and then I always feel bad afterward.
